Six men suffering from diabetes, nephritis, nasal inflammation, a bone fracture and lung disease are hospitalized in Room 303. It is a room filled with disasters but also laughter. Joon-suk, a post graduate student at the KAIST, plans an elaborate scheme to bring Tae-il and head nurse Jung-im together. Joo-hee, a rookie nurse, falls for 303's Min-woo who is also in love with new patient Seon-joo. His love for Joo-hee is a hymn to the beauty of life and his love for Seon-joo is a kind of camaraderie a human can feel in the face of death.
